With this new feature, WAKU Care offers a central and secure location for all important documents related to the maintenance of your mobile robots. With a completed work order, it is now possible to add, secure, send, or download digitally or manually signed documents. These documents contain not only signatures but also all relevant information about the tasks performed and the reasons that triggered the Work Order.

Option 1 - Create Document
With a single click on the "Create Document" button, you can create a new document with all relevant information about the completed Work Order, sign it yourself, and forward it to a person authorized to approve it. You can either select an existing account or send the document for signature via email. A preview of the fully signed document will then be displayed, which you can either save in the WAKU Care cloud or download and print as a PDF.

Option 2 - Upload Document
If a signed document already exists, you can easily add it to the completed Work Order by clicking the "Upload Document" button. Here too, you have the option to add an executor and an approver. The uploaded document can then be viewed at any time under the related work order and can simply be forwarded by e-mail.
